BULK POWDERS Vitafibre comes as a naturally sweet, high-fibre powder, and is a perfect sugar/flour replacement often used in baking. Many use this functional powder in cake and muffic recipes to reduce the sugar content, however it can also be used as a dietary fibre and an energy-reduced sweetener. VitaFiber Powder is derived from non GMO Corn-starch which is naturally sweet, approximately 60% as sweet as sugar. It is a mixture of short-chain carbohydrates made of glucose molecules which are linked with each other through a digestion resistant bonding. It is a high quality, high-purity isomalto-oligosaccharide (IMO), made from enzymatic conversion of starch.
